This stunning purple cauliflower, produces well coloured heads for cropping July-October. The unique purple curds can be eaten raw, boiled, steamed or stir-fried.

Purple cauliflowers contain anthocyanins a very powerful antioxidant, said to help prevent cancer and very beneficial for general health.

Tip: Cauliflowers should be grown in firm soil

Cauliflower - Graffiti Seeds 1020-2175

Deep purple curds

Sow Indoors: February-March thinly ½in (1cm) deep in clean trays or modules of firm pre watered compost. Keep soil moist at all times.

Sow Outdoors: May-June thinly ½in (1cm) deep in a seed bed or clean module trays of firm pre watered compost. Keep soil moist at all times.

Thin Out: 4in (10cm) apart.

Plant Out: May-June into the required harvest position 18in (45cm) apart with 18in (45cm) between each row when plants have 3-4 true leaves.

Harvest: August-October

Cauliflowers should be grown in firm soil.

Protect from Cabbage White Butterfly with netting.
