Brussels Sprout 'Crispus' is a superb variety, being both vigorous with an excellent standing ability. The small, tight buttons are a lovely dark green with good flavour.

An excellent sprout which produces (for me at any rate) huge dense sprouts which are great sliced in a stir fry. Keeps well but as we are a sprout loving family I haven't tested the staying power to the limit.
