If you remember the famous "Bedford" sprouts, you will enjoy this British-bred and heavy-cropping variety. Deliciously smooth, dark-green buttons.
Our Brussels Sprout varieties have each been selected for their superb flavour. They're also an excellent source of vitamin C and are packed full of vitamin D, folic acid and are high in antioxidants.
To grow tightly packed sprouts, firm fertile soil is essential. Dig in plenty of well-rotted manure or compost as early as possible to give the soil the maximum time to settle.
