Broccoli Bordeaux (Sprouting)

This variety of Sprouting Broccoli is unique in that it needs no winter cold weather to initiate flowering so it is the ideal variety to grow for a very early crop.

It unfailingly produces a heavy crop of tender spears that are bursting with flavour.

Picking from July and on through the autumn.

These are pretty good. Not brilliantly flavoursome, but a good cropper and a pretty tough plant.
