This information below was updated on 12th March 2010
Seed Orders
Seed orders are currently being delivered within 3 - 5 working days.
Seed Potatoes
The majority of our potato order have now been despatched. Please continue to be patient, you will have your potatoes in time for chitting.
Vegetable Plants
Extra Early Brassica Plant Collection - Instead of despatching next week as I had originally planned, it now looks like the plants will not be ready for another couple of weeks.
So, unless there is a dramatic change in the weather that helps speed up growth, we will not be sending these out until week commencing 22nd March – still within the time frame of mid/late March stated in the catalogue but towards the end rather than the beginning. Given the current state of the ground in most peoples’ garden this should not cause any problems.
Onions & Shallots (Sets/Bulbs)
Onions and shallots are now being despatched. (Excluding heat prepared sets, which will follow at the appropriate time for planting as soon as they leave the treatment rooms.)
Garlic Bulbs
Spring Planting Garlic Bulbs are now in stock and are being despatched within 3 - 5 working days.
Fruit Trees
Although the frost has now come out of the ground, it does mean that the ground is rather wet so lifting is proceeding a bit more slowly than we would ideally like. (Please allow between 10 and 14 days for delivery)
