The First Choice of Prize Winning Gardeners & Lovers of Real Food
My AccountA particularly good variety for the small garden as it grows into a neat, compact bush about 3ft/1m tall. The bushes are vigorous and frost resistant.
Very high yielding, the large fruit is easily picked from short strigs. Ready for harvesting mid-July.

This lovely little bush looked rather sad all winter but now, halfway through April it has exploded into life and is the most pleasing thing in my garden. I can see plenty of buds just starting to flower on it already and If I can keep the birds away it seems to be a promise of a generous first yield.
August is primarily about harvesting your crops, but there are still some vegetables that can be sown and planted out!
