These are great beetroot but out of the whole packet I got 2 tiny golden beetroot, a fair few of the white grew quite big, but the pack seemed to consist mostly of the traditional red beetroot. All very tasty but I wish there were more golden ones or even a pack of golden beetroot seeds sold on their own. I would try these again and hope I have better luck next time.

Beetroot - Tasty Trio Seeds 1020-2032

Mix of red, yellow and white beets.

Sow Outdoors: March-August, thinly, direct into the required harvest position, 1in (2½cm) deep in rows 12in (30cm) apart. Keep soil moist at all times.

Grow On: If necessary thin seedlings to 4in (10cm) apart. For baby beets, thin to 2in (5cm)

Harvest: July-November when the size of a golf ball.

Use thinnings as baby leaf. Use fleece to protect crop from frost or cold wind.

Twist off the tops to prevent "bleeding".
