I was so impressed with this plant. Each and every seed matured into a strong and healthy plant. I most often bake eggplant in moussaka and they were superb. No bitterness at all. Soft skins. Again, very very impressed.

Accidentally stumbled across this variety last year, thinking it was a traditional variety!!!! Grew in a large pot against the south facing wall on my patio from May. One plant produced loads of fruit from mid July (probably 15 fruits in total) over a 6-8 week period, even given the very average conditions of 2009. Fruits are the size of a tennis ball. Requires plenty of water, feeding and some cane support.
