Grew these outside in a sunny spot and they produced an excellent crop of good size fruits. They are also a handsome plant with pretty purple flowers. Highly recommended for patio pots in a sunny spot.

I grew aubergines for the first time this year and am constantly amazed when I go to the greenhouse to water that such short plants can produce so many beautiful, heavy fruits. I call them the improbably aubergines! I started them early indoors before transferring to pots in the greenhouse and have been picking regularly for about 3 weeks now.
