My AccountThis apple is really something very special and so appropriately named because of the wonderful complexity of the fruits' flavours!
Specially bred for growing in all conditions throughout the UK, this superb variety is self-fertile, frost hardy - even when in flower - and disease resistant.
The fruit is thin skinned, aromatic and can be eaten straight from the tree throughout September but, if you can resist picking them all at once, it will stay naturally on the tree without falling.
Could you ask for anthing more?
Rootstock: M9 - Dwarf Rootstock, reaching an approximate height of 8 - 10 feet (2.4 - 3.0 metres). It will grow in a wide range of soils and consistently gives the heaviest crops and best fruit size.

This tree does exactly what it says on the tin ( or rootstock ) , a friend of mine bought this new variety a few years ago - mainly as i was in the process of creating my rear garden into my version of the garden of Eden nr. Manchester . I,ve seen this tree grow , crop heavily and have been devilishly envious each remarkable step of the way - if you want a tree , and you want amazing apples , then get this , you will fall in love with this tree - as i did .
August is primarily about harvesting your crops, but there are still some vegetables that can be sown and planted out!
