Bramley Apples are the essential British cooking apple brilliant for everything form pies to apple sauce!
It might be a couple of years or so before you can start enjoying the authentic taste and texture of the best cooking apple money can buy, but we know it will be well worth the wait.
Pick from early/mid October.
Flowering Group: FG3
As with the Apple Spartan tree, it arrived in very good condition (not dry and tired like some we had seen in garden centres) and is growing well. Time will tell, but so far the rating is definitely 'good' and looks like becoming 'excellent'.
Well formed tree with main stem and 2 good laterals. Good roots easily planted.
The tree arrived fresh cut off,apparently because was not suit to the box in which it was packed. Very damaged tree with very poor roots, hope that it could survive!
