Acer Garnet 2L Potted Shrub

  • Catalogue Code 5140-5573
  • Pack Contents: 1x 2L Potted Shrub

Garnet is an visually pleasing mound-forming variety with pretty sycamore-like helicopter seeds in summer. Great for a small garden or yard where you can place Garnet trees in large containers.

Your tree will put on lacy leaves through the spring and until late autumn. Ensure your plant is protected against exposed winds by planting up in sheltered position.

How you receive your plant

Your plant is delivered to your door in a protective cardboard box, with the pot secured and wrapped in a hessian sack.

On arrival, remove the hessian sack and check that the soil in the pot is moist. If dry, add water to the soil to the top of the pot and let it drain away naturally.

Can’t plant straight away?

If you can't plant up your young tree straight away that's fine so long as keep the soil ball well watered. Place outside during the day so you condition it to the outdoors and bring it back indoors in the evening for overnight.

Look to planting your tree in its permanent position within 5-7 days.
